Hi, I’m Genevieve!

Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga (300-hour), Trained in Vinyasa (200-hour), Yin Yoga (60-hour). Currently immersed in a 800-hour Yoga Therapy program at Kripalu School Of Integrative Yoga Therapy.

Dog mom, matcha enthusiast, amateur crafter, Photography lover and oh yeah! founder of Venture Yoga.

My journey with yoga began over Nine years ago during a time when I was searching for clarity, strength, and a deeper connection to myself. What started as a physical practice quickly became a path toward healing, presence, and purpose.

My teaching blends the energizing flow of Vinyasa with the grounding, nourishing qualities of Yin, offering a practice that honors your body, quiets your mind, and helps you return home to yourself.

Venture Yoga, invites you to show up just as you are! Strong, tender, curious, tired, radiant etc.. And explore what’s possible when you move with intention and breathe with awareness.
